UX responsibilities include conducting user research and testing using various methods, journey mapping, information architecture, persona development, wireframing, and prototyping.
Reduced time on task for mortgage payment calculator from 1:37 to 0:06 with 100% task success rate.
Improved landing page conversion rates from average of <1% to ~20% in first 90 days.

Responsible for the UX and UI for a portfolio of 7 clients in a variety of verticals. This included conducting monthly UX performance data analysis with enhancement recommendations, creating wireframes, visual design, and UX design (information architecture, and user flows).
Other visual design responsibilities included animated graphics, videos, infographics, SlideShares, presentations and pitch decks, social media ads, emails, landing pages, and social media content.
Decreased our largest client’s website bounce rate by 20% after implementing strategic UX modifications to the navigation and homepage content.
